This planned community for twenty-nine families has been built on four acres of a 114 acre parcel of land that includes woods, river frontage, and a Community Supported Agricultural (CSA) organic farm.

OPA is in the process of redesigning several studios and Colony Hall at the MacDowell Colony, a residential artists' retreat in New Hampshire.

Forest Refuge, Insight Meditation Society, Barre, Massachusetts, 2000-2003
Forest Refuge occupies a portion of old pastureland to the south of the Insight Meditation Society’s present campus, claiming a view east over second growth forests to Mt. Wachusett.

This Office was retained to design a new post office for Lincoln's small commercial area that would meet the goals voiced in a town-wide planning effort for a small pedestrian-based village center.

Proctor Academy Music Building, Andover, New Hampshire, 2005
This cost-effective new building at Proctor Academy was designed to reinforce the scale and traditional character of the campus, while enclosing a state-of-the-art Ensemble Room/Recording Studio designed to achieve optimal sound isolation and acoustic quality.

After looking at several sites for their corporate headquarters, Project Adventure found a former estate on Wenham Lake designed in 1880 by Frederick Law Olmsted.

Winchendon Mixed Use Housing, Winchendon, Massachusetts, 1993
A subsidized housing project funded by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development through the local housing authority. This program combined family, elderly, and special needs housing on a single site.
